What does your car have to do with the maintenance of the State park system? Today, nothing.
In November, if the tax and spend crowd have their way, you will have a $18 "surcharge (tax in the real world) on your car to help the parks.
Should this pass, why not a $50 surcharge for the schools, or $19 for law enforcement?
