LA councilman targets pot delivery services

Druggies are lazy and government is promoting drugs. "With medical marijuana delivery services flourishing throughout Los Angeles - and the rest of the state - a city council member is moving forward with an emergency ban on pot couriers."

I wonder if the drug "couriers" deliver to the Capitol and City Hall, which can be the only rational explanation for the disaster the State is in.
