First, for all the caterwauling that right-wing corporations will flood the zone with campaign money in the wake of recent court rulings, its good old Big Labor thats set new marks by inundating the San Diego County Democratic Party with more than $135,000 in contributions in the past two months alone.
Specifically, the San Diego-Imperial Counties Central Labor Council has pumped $100,000 on its own, while groups like the Service Employees International Union kicked in another $18,000 and the fire fighters union some $12,000."
This is why we need to protect workers from both government, and its owners, the unions. Totalitarian regimes can take a lesson from U.S. unions.
