  • Democrats Afraid to Meet Voters

If you just stole trillions from a client, would you want to meet them?

If you just told the elderly a bureaucrat will make a financial consideration to determine if you are allowed to live, would you like to meet them?

What if your CEO denounces your long time good friend (Israel) and continued to apologize to the bullies (terrorists), would you like to meet their (Israelis) good friends?

How about if you told people you want to kill off their livelihood with a job killer called "cap and trade", how can you face the people?

That is the situation the Democrats face. There is no more "blue dog" Democrats; they have been “outed” like a Roy Ashburn. Phonies.

How will the Democrats handle meeting people in this election year?

"With images of overheated, finger-waving crowds still seared into their minds from the discontent of last August, many Democrats heeded the advice of party leaders and tried to avoid unscripted question-and-answer sessions. The recommendations were clear: hold events in controlled settings a bank or credit union, for example or tour local businesses or participate in community service projects.

And to reach thousands of constituents at a time, without the worry of being snared in an angry confrontation with voters, more lawmakers are also taking part in a fast-growing trend: the telephone town meeting, where chances are remote that a testy exchange will wind up on YouTube."

They will only meet their close friends, ACORN people, donors, unions and people to the Left of Bill Ayres.

This will not be a pretty election season--the thieves are afraid of the voters--as well they should be. Now I know why KFC is the favorite meal of Democrat office seekers and holders--they like to stick together with their friends.
