This Democrat bill give them three out of four.
"If you dont hire em, you might join em, if a new bill proposed by Assemblyman Steven Bradford, D Inglewood, becomes law. The Assemblyman is sponsoring AB2727 otherwise known as the Re-entry Employment Opportunity Act a bill that will make criminals out of employers who discriminate against applicants with criminal histories.
The bill made the California Chamber of Commerces infamous Job Killer list for reducing the autonomy of employers to make decisions that affect their liability."
Imagine, if the Democrats had their way, you would be guilty of discrimination for your refusal to hire an embezzler, murderer or rapist. Per the Democrats, banks would have to hire embezzlers, womens organization would have to hire rapists and auto dealers must hire car thieves.
Don't try to make any sense out of this--Democrats just love criminals, of all types.
