Under California law it is illegal for illegal aliens to attend our government colleges and universities. Yet Santa Ana College, knowingly, has a large number of illegal alien students.

Under Federal law, it is illegal to give benefits, hide or assist illegal aliens. The Administrators of Santa Ana College have set up a scholarship fund to assist the financing of the illegal government education.
Those responsible need to be fired, then prosecuted under Federal law for violations.
"But Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., whose district includes the taxpayer-funded Santa Ana College, says that isn't quite true because the scholarship diverts resources from Americans in need of education funds.
"The fact that a public employee of a public college is seeking to circumvent immigration laws is problematic," he told FoxNews.com. "The fact that it's being associated with a public institution means there's public funds involved: If you have a fund being operated by public employees, it's public."
The radicals, like Obama, Boxer, Whitman and their friends say there are "too many" illegal aliens in the United States to send back. In fact, if illegal aliens could not get a job, an education, health care and other benefits, then they would leave on their own.
This is not a problem of finding them and getting rid of them--end the benefits and assistance--jail a few of those who help the criminals break the law, and those who sneaked into our nation will go home.
What do Obama, Boxer and Whitman have in common? They all oppose Arizona enforcing Federal immigration law--now you know why we have a problem.
