We now know that due to military absentee ballots not going out in a timely fashion the special election to replace Abel Maldonado will not be held till November.
What needs to be understood is that the Governor knew this would happen when he called a quick special election.
It is almost as if he wanted to give the Democrats another issue, "The Republicans are trying to steal an election".
This along with his effort to pass Prop. 14--the Maldonado/Denham/Arnold effort to kill the GOP and all political parties---puts into question why the Guv has refused to raise money for the GOP, why he is a bigger “taxer” than any Democrat and why his actions have been so destructive of the GOP?
