For himself, Arnold created an empire almost a billion dollars. For the people of California he created a deficit, over several years, of over $100 billion.
"The nonpartisan Legislative Analyst's Office said Tuesday that selling structures, including the Ronald Reagan State Building in downtown Los Angeles, to help close a budget shortfall would eventually cost the state money -- about $200 million a year.
The report called the proposal "bad budgeting practice" and "poor fiscal policy."

In the short run he will sell our assets--at best, for $2 billion--but he will rent back, what we already own, for 20 years--at a net loss per year of $200 million--for a total loss, of $2 billion.
