Imagine, in order to work you need to pay a bribe to a union. Then the union decides to support a regulation that guarantees you los your job to people in other States and Mexico.
"The California Teamsters, one of the state's most powerful unions, has voted to oppose a proposed ballot initiative to delay enforcement of the state's Global Warming Solutions Act, the nation's toughest law to control greenhouse gas emissions."
AB 32 is already costing hundreds of jobs for truckers at the LA and Long Beach Ports. Now the Teamsters union is demanding that jobs go to Mexico...where they have cheaper drivers, much cheaper-and the Mexican government is building a super port.
Who are the Teamsters representing? Certainly not the workers--they force bribes from them. Certainly not the American economy, they are sending our jobs elsewhere.
Unions, the friend of higher taxes, more regulation and fewer jobs, the enemy of the workers and honesty.
