What a fraud we have in government schools.
A salesman, who could not succeed in that position, becomes a teacher--a government school physical education teacher. He is laid off from that.
So, he becomes a "special education teacher". How special is that? Most of his physical education students in regular education have now become "special-ed" kids.
"With some encouragement from his colleagues, the answer came to him: He would go into special education. A year later, the 37-year-old Oakland resident is teaching at the same West Contra Costa County school with many of the same kids -- just in a different field."
Corruption has many faces--government schools juts showed several. Does anybody believe this person is qualified? This is how you get a REAL special education credential. You get a college degree, then you go into schools and intern for a couple of years--while working on your Masters Degree. This is a guy who taught kids how to play horseshoes and is now "teaching" autistic kids, kids with cerebral palsy, mentally and emotionally challenged kids.
