The city of LA has agreed to an energy rate increase--this will cost jobs and eventually further tax revenues.
The Department of Water and Power (DWP) will give rate payers money, meant to maintain the power system, to government.
The city has a $222 million deficit this year, next year it goes to $500million and the following YEARS it will reach one billion per year in deficit.
So, fewer jobs, less revenues, less money to fix the energy and water system, higher deficits--this is suicide--and the death certificate will list 4/14/10 as the date and the cause of death as suicide.
