Great idea--use Dr. Phil to determine if someone is capable of doing their job on the railroad.

What a waste of money. Last December a worker was given the test.
In the meantime the worker starts using drugs, beat up his girl friend, gets evicted from his home--but the December test said he was good to go!.
This may make the bureaucrats and a political hack feel good, but does nothing for public safety.
Want to waste money--go into government.
