The UC system is incompetent. The UC system has lots of open corruption.
Now a judge has told the UC system it can not lie.
"A San Francisco judge has ordered the University of California to pay $38 million in refunds and interest to 2,900 students in law, medical and other professional schools whose fees were raised thousands of dollars despite UC's pledge to keep them level."
Why does anybody believe government? At every level it is corrupt, incompetent and makes Enron look honest in its dealings with the public.
We own government, but every day government looks more like organize crime than a servant of the people.
