Nutty Progressives have this crazy idea. Progressives truly believe the US Constitution ONLY counts on Federal property or territories. They believe that if you live in cities or States, there is NO Constitutional Rights for citizens. In other words--no free speech, no freedom of the press--no rights of women to vote. These folks are totally nuts.

If the Supreme Court rules the Second Amendment does not count in Fresno, then freedom of religion does not exist in Humboldt.
