Last week President Obama was giddy about the passage of "Pay-O". That means NOTHING passes Congress without a means to pay for the program.
This week Obama is denouncing Senator Jim Bunning for stopping the passage of an Obama bill, unemployment stimulus worth at least $10 billion. Why? Because there is no means to pay for it--no "pay-go".
How big a hypocrite is Obama? How big a hero is Bunning?
How stupid is the media for promoting "pay-go", then denouncing Bunning for supporting it?
"President Barack Obama signed the pay-go bill into law on Feb. 12 and Democrats are ready to waive those requirements to help get the economy going.
Assistance to unemployed workers during periods of high unemployment are always classified as emergencies, a House Democratic leadership aide said. Thats why they were done that way under the [House] jobs bill passed in December while everything else in the bill was paid for.
The six-month extensions of the unemployment and COBRA benefits made up roughly a third of the House Democrats $154 billion jobs package."
You will see Obama begging for this money, having already forgotten his "pay-go “program.
This is why Barack can not be trusted. He is openly lying to the public about his plans and the media refuses to tell the truth (except for Fox News)
