Obama will be proud. Thanks to the financial mismanagement of the State, the State might take over the Chico school district and dozens of others.
"The Chico Unified School District board of trustees received some good financial news Wednesday night, but it was really just a good-news-then-bad-news scenario.
They were told the district would probably escape a state takeover this year, but the coming years still appear bad."
If you believe in central control of society, as Obama does, this is good news. Even better, because government caused the crisis, so it can take over.
Notice the article never mentions ending the union control of the schools. Maybe that is why the special interests have run the education of our children into the ground.
