The California government is working hard to make more folks unemployed--that are demanding taxes from Internet sales. They can get some money, but be assured these firms will leave the State.
"The new law required any business with $100,000 or more in gross revenues not already registered with the equalization board to register and pay three years of use taxes, including 11% interest on back taxes, by April 15. The law was one of several California measures that aimed to raise money without raising taxes, a tactic in which the state has considerable experience."
With penalties, how many businesses will go bankrupt? How many will leave the State? How many will disappear?
This is a great way to depopulate California--thank you for that, Democrats.
