On Saturday I heard my good friend Congressman Dana Rohrabacher give a speech in Fullerton.
He had one line that all of us must repeat, over and over.
Congressman Rohrabacher was talking about the delta smelt. He said, "Delta Smelty(his word). Eat the fish, give the people water."
