This is a simple story. Radicals stopped Chevron from expanding. Chevron needs to expand.

Radicals create environmental laws making it difficult for the Richmond facility to make money.

Now Chevron is planning to move away, and the radicals claim it is a bluff.

These Al Gore wannabees never take responsibility for their actions.

Now it might happen. Why stay where government is owned and controlled by those who hate you and try to use force to steal from you?

Now you know why California can not get out of its Great Depression.
