This if how you kill private businesses: "AB978, Internet-based one-stop permitting, may be a ray of hope to California businesses in this tough economy, but only if they contract with the state government. Private sector businesses in California apparently will still face permitting challenges not sure how that is business-friendly.
So, if you refuse to sell government--knowing they will not pay on time or pay with IOU's, you still have to spend extra money for permits.
Now you know why government has too much power and money. Streamline all the permits, for all businesses.
This is special interest legislation--mainly for unions. Shame on us for knowing government regulations are killing jibs and not fixing the problem.
