Of course not. "Landowners in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta are telling California "no trespassing" on their land and are refusing to allow environmental surveys.
The state is taking them to court to gain that access, but farmers say it's more than a survey -- it's a land grab and fight over water."
Glad to see folks fight back against an illegal government action. It is time we tell government they work for us, we are not owned by them.
