GOP registration in California is 31%. Arnold's approval rating is 27%. A majority of GOP'ers, Independents and Democrats totally disapprove of the Governor.
But, he is Governor and can offer pardons and stop executions, regardless of the polls.
Tomorrow at 10:0am you will be able to see his State of the State, if you are willing to not watch "The View" or "The Price is Right".
The question is not if he is a lame duck, but does he have any credibility any more? His flip flops on tax increases, his kowtowing to the unions, which have now successfully sued him for illegal cuts in budgets and personnel and job killing policies have taken the credibility from this actor.
Is Arnold a lame duck? Ask yourself this question, would you without question follow his lead on public policy or politics? Then you have the answer.
