  • Government forces truckers to take a new hit

Want to know why the cost of food and goods are rising? Thank Sacramento and those kids who use junk science, known fraudulent science and Luddites who just plain hate people--but control government---for your financial pain.

"Starting today, the ARB's Enforcement Division will conduct inspections at border crossings, scales, roadside inspection stations, TRU operators' terminals, distribution centers as well as truck stops.

Penalties for noncompliance are steep - up to $1,000 per TRU. After the initial enforcement phase, the penalty will be up to $10,000 per day per unit per violation "if it is apparent that due diligence was lacking."

According to ARB, there are 40,000 TRU engines on the road in California. Although they only range from 9 to 36 horsepower, "a significant numbers of these engines congregate at distribution centers, truck stops, and other facilities, resulting in the potential for health risks to those that live and work nearby."

"POTENIAL" health risks--not real ones, but risks created by a computer model--program the computer right and the truck could kill everybody within 500 miles if you turn it on.

    More government pseudo science fraud.

Unemployment up? Well, this one move puts close to 1200 people, mostly Hispanics, on the unemployment lines. Must make Al Gore proud!.

    Angry yet?
