If the Central Valley does not get enough water in 2010, California will lose more than half its farms, unemployment will skyrocket in the Valley to over 30% and the cost of food will go up, plus we will be getting our food from other nations.

Those are the words to be used to stop water--preserve species and water quality is how the judges will determine water is for fish--this is why California is in a Great Depression and maybe in a generation we will be able to get out of it--when 5-10 million people leave the State.
