PG&E rates to go up--maybe controlling the unions would help?

The article shows, partially, why PG&E is raising rates.

It is missing a key component: union contracts. How much extra is this firm spending on labor due to union agreements and contracts--15, 20 or 35%.

Until premium pay is ended, the poor will continue to be fleeced by government and private, unionized firms.

Time to end union monopolies.
