A recent study by the California Business Roundtable shows that Assembly Bill 32, modeled on the failed Kyoto Protocol and signed by Schwarzenegger in 2006, has helped contribute to California's precipitous economic decline.
The study estimates that AB 32, when fully implemented, will cost the state some $71.46 billion annually. The cost to consumers will be $149.2 billion, and small businesses will pay $182.64 billion. The once-golden state will lose more than 1.1 million jobs over 3% of the state's population."
The Governor needs to understand that life is NOT a movie. He can "take action" to kill the economy and jobs, but rolls over when the safety of Californians are at stake (40,000 criminals about to be released).
In fact some might say that AB 32, with its killer regulations, may be more dangerous, and wrong, than the release of the criminals. At least we can protect ourselves with guns from the criminals. We have no defense for a misguided, radical government.
Arnold has done what Palin supporters could not. He has made her the rational, responsible, commons sense leader of Americans by exposing the emperor for wearing no clothes.
