January 1, 2010 is when freedom for truckers end in California. At that time the unions take over all trucking at the LA Ports.
In the guise of "saving the planet", the right of truckers not to join unions and still work will end. The Democrats and the Governor have made sure that Hispanics who run their own small trucking companies can no longer be allowed to truck goods from the ports. This racist move by government is even applauded by Hispanic bigots in the legislature, like the soon to be installed Speaker, John Perez--who himself is a former political director for a union.
Corrupt, bigoted, anti-freedom? That is the California government. I am sure George Wallace Wallace would be proud.
