Barack Obama is opposed by a majority of Americans for his health care program.
Barack Obama is opposed by a majority of Americans for his support of higher taxes and his dithering on Afghanistan.
Barack Obama is opposed by a majority of Americans, period. His approval ratings on ALL polls show him under 50% and dropping as quickly as the California economy.
Now we know that his refusal to recognize Christmas in his greetings, sent out for the Democrat National Committee (not known for its support of people of Faith) shows his and Michelles' opposition to the term "Merry Chrsitams. In fact, his "Season's Greetings"message, could be sent out on July 4th or Labor Day, for those "seasons". "The Obamas' card, paid for by the Democratic National Committee, makes no religious reference whatsoever. "May your family have a joyous holiday season," says the Obamas' greeting, "and a new year blessed with hope and happiness." This comes after reports that, initially anyway, the Obama White House planned its first Christmas to be a "non-religious" one, kind of like a non-sports Super Bowl Sunday."
In fact, a majority of Americans preferred to be wished a "Merry Christmas"---" The recent Rasmussen Reports survey, measuring the expressions as seen through preferences of holiday signs, found that 70% of independents and 91% of Republicans prefer "Merry Christmas."
While only 58% of Democrats do."
Then again, what would you expect from someone who attended a Christian hating church like the Jeremiah Wright church for twenty years.
As for me, I wish the Obama family a "Merry and blessed Christmas" and may the Faith of this nation find itself inside the hearts of the residents of the White House.
