Why do we have a Great Depression in California? Why do we have 12.7% unemployment? Why won't companies locate here and why are those here leaving?
One energy company has figured that their YEARLY cost to implement AB 32 and it cap and trade provisions will cost $7billion. Then, of course, will pass it on to consumers--that is money taken from businesses and families. Remember, this is the first of many firms to make such an announcement.
