The Governor still does not get it. To release 40,000 prisoners early is to start a crime wave statewide. Those criminals that go to the already overcrowded county jails, will only force counties to release lots of prisoners early.
Thanks to the Governors plan, we could have a total of 50-60,000 criminals running the streets. This is crazy. The Governor needs to put the safety of 38 million Californians before the "comfort" of criminals.
Who do you support, the uncomfortable prisoner or your families safety? Time for Arnold to "man up" to the judges with bodyguards.
