Even with this information the ARB declared truckers must pay bribes to work and that the taxpayers will give a billion dollars to large corporations to help them buy unneeded trucks.
The research to create this corruption was based on fraud, and the ARB knew it BEFORE the vote.
This proves the vote was about politics, not the protection of the public.
