An Al Gore wannabe participated in an auction for oil drilling rights, and spent $1.8 billion in winning the bids.
Of course, the Gore fanatic doesn't have a dime and is a fraud, like Gore and Bernie Madoff.
He wants leniency for causing millions of expenses and the lose of oil and revenues.
Maybe he should share a cell with Bernie and be forced to listen to DVD's of the lies of his hero, Al Gore.
