Jerry Brown has violated his oath of office numerous times.
1. Per the Constitution he was not qualified to take office--the courts decided the Constitution did not matter.
2. He refused to defend Prop. 8--that is his job
3. He allowed a staffer to violate our laws, investigated himself and found himself innocent. Then he chose a DA to investigate himself. Would you have the absolute right to chose a judge for your trial?
