Steve Baric is an Orange County attorney. He is a former Assistant DA, with a speciality in prosecuting gangs and gangs members. Baric knows corruption when he sees it. Mr. Baric also heads the California Republican Lawyers Association. They were responsible for lawsuits to stop Clark Kelso from stealing tax dollars to make criminals comfortable in prison.
We now know that a staffer who reported directly to Attorney General Brown admitted to a minimum of six tapings of phone conversations, illegally. Jerry Brown, in my opinion, is corrupt. He investigated himself, and literally found himself innocent, so story is over--according to him. This is how corruption works in Chicago, and in the Brown AG office. Oh, Brown has NOT asked that the staffer be prosecuted--though he is still investigating those who blew the whistle on the openly corrupt ACORN--the organization that helped him while Mayor of Oakland.
"Calls on the District Attorneys of Alameda and San Francisco to Conduct the Investigation
Irvine, CA - In response to the office of Attorney General Jerry Brown attempts to close an internal investigation surrounding the resignation of his Communications Director Scott Gerber, the following letter was sent to the Attorney General today by Steven Baric, President of the California Republican Lawyers Association and former prosecutor.
Furthermore, given the need for an unbiased and transparent handling of this matter to ensure the integrity of the Office of the Attorney General to California's taxpayers and voters, Mr. Baric sent the following letters to the District Attorneys of Alameda County and the City and County of San Francisco calling for an independent investigation of the matter by their offices."
Glad to see good people speaking out against corruption and law breaking. What do you think, should Jerry Brown be indicted for corruption?
