San Fran is a stupidly run city. It is hedonistic, with few values, but high taxes and regulations.
Some group "promised" to create a job training program for "green" jobs. So, the city loaned money. Now the city wants to know what happened to the program.
These folks do not understand--there is no such thing as a "green" job. A job is a service or product. Customer service for a solar panel company is still customer service. Installation of solar panels, is still installation.
"Green" is a fraud and San Francisco has been taken--they deserve it. They knew this was a fraud, because they really do know that "green" jobs don't exists--so a program to train people for non existing jobs must be a fraud.
Oh, well, it is just tax dollars, more where they came from.
