Need more proof Democrats love illegal aliens, here it is. Harry Reid REALLY loves illegal aliens.
GOP Senator Sessions of Alabama introduced an amendment that would permanently use the E-Verify system to keep illegal aliens from receiving unemployment benefits. How did the vote go?
"Unfortunately, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) filed a motion to cut off debate (i.e., invoke cloture) on the unemployment compensation extension bill without first allowing the Senate to vote on the Sessions amendment. The Senate agreed to Reids cloture motion, effectively stalling any forward momentum on the Sessions amendment."
Democrat Senate Leader Harry Reid did not allow a vote on the amendment--that is one way to kill democracy in the Senate!
If anybody tells you that Democrats are concerned about illegal aliens tell them about what Reid did to protect criminals stealing money from honest Americans.
Shame on the media for not discussing this. This is why folks watch Fox News and laugh at CNN and the rest.
