Jerry Brown has been found to be corrupt, twice in two days.
First, he knew his press person was taping phone conversations illegally. Only when caught did Brown do something--the person was suspended. Suspension instead of arrest--corruption from the highest official of the law enforcement community in the State.
Now, he has been caught creating a "special title and summary" for an insurance corporation, that happens to be a major donor. This is not the first time Jerry Brown has been caught corrupting our elections (remember as Mayor of Oakland he worked closely with the openly corrupt ACORN). Last year Brown was found to have created a phony title and summary for Prop. 8--even with his corruption, it still passed.
A couple of weeks ago State Senator George Runner was forced to sue Jerry Brown. Runner has a ballot measure to stop illegals from voting--and you know what side Brown is on, on that issue. Once again, Jerry Brown created a title and summary to try to defeat a ballot measure.
When he came into office a lawsuit was filed showing that under the law he was unqualified to serve as Attorney General. The courts ruled that the law did not matter.
Now you know how corrupt the California "legal" system is, run by politicians, for the special interests. Any reason to trust government or the law? This is why government has too much money and why we need a May 19 type voter revolt in 2010.
