The city of Fresno is a good city. They have a law, as part of their zoning regulations, that no business in the city can violate State or Federal laws. Very simple, easy to understand.
Unless you are selling marijuana. Those people seem to have fried brains. They have very little concept of laws.
Thankfully, a Judge recognizes the law and made it clear that a violation of Federal law is a violation of zoning laws. No marijuana can be sold legally in Fresno.
Actually, those qualifications for zoning are in ALL cities--but corrupt cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco care very little for laws and regulations--anything to sell illegal drugs seem to be OK.
Fresno is truly a drug free zone--good for families and children, thanks to the enforcement of laws by a Judge.
