The California government pension plans made very bad investments. Up front this court decision means they lost a combined $600 million. But they are on the hook for Hundreds of millions more.
Where is the investigation? Why haven't those involved been fired? Where are the DA and the Attorney General looking for criminal action?
If these funds were private, you know all hell would break lose. Yet, this story was not even carried by a regular newspaper. The fringe media seemed not to care that government action may have led to a billion dollar lose.
