January will be an important date in the history of self government in America. A trial will be held to determine if the people can have self-government or must live under the rule of courts with an agenda.
Should the ACLU types win, no legislation or law created by initiative will be safe. Voting will be for fun, not for setting policy or self government.
This trial is about the right to vote--without the tyranny of a court telling the people of the United States that it is only a joke, a waste of time.
Want to stop people from voting? Overturn Prop. 8. Then none of us are safe from government.
