What can be said after an $80 deficit, job killing bills, bad government schools and unions that control government?
The legislature has a 13% approval rating, while the Governor is at 27%--only Gray Davis had lower ratings.
Bottom line: Californians have no trust in government. Yet, at the same time, voters want, by a wide margin a special session on water and taxes--as if the Guv and legislature would do better.
BTW, this is the SEVENTH Special Session this year! Can you name anything positive that came out of the others? Just one item? Or even what they were about and if any legislation was passed?
This is why Sacramento is in disorder, the voters still have a belief in government action. In fact, the less government does the better off we are, isn't that true?
