Did it take a poll to prove the people of Los Angeles are dumb?
High taxes, terrible government schools, a corrupt city hall, patronage instead of service, Phony Tony as Mayor--but the folks can walk a red carpet, and usually walk it straight without stumbling.
Out of 55 cities, LA is the average dumb city in America, 27 out of 55. Makes you proud of LA, doesn't it--an average dumb city. But, it is by choice--and LA loves choice, except in schools.
Oh, dumbest city in America? Fresno! Boy, I bet Fresno is upset.
