No matter how many lawsuits, no matter that environmental laws are being violated, the High Speed Rail boondoggle will continue, so rules a court.
The folks that brought the lawsuit voted heavily in favor of the corruption. Now, they see it will hurt them, they have buyers remorse. They should have thought about this first--they really believed it would hurt other, not them--so it was OK. Now it will make loud noises near their homes, put dirty trains in their neighborhoods. Tough.
