Who says the Democrats want to do "the people's business"? Certainly not Democrat leader Speaker Bass and Senate Leader Steinberg. To them getting the Governor to sign fee increases, more regulations, more job killer bills is important to them.
The good news is that if this continues, the Governor will not sign ANY of the 700 bills.
The bad news is that if he does not them, they become law without his signature. So, is this what Arnold wants--to make these bills law and to say he signed nothing.
I am waiting for a statement from the Guv's office announcing he will veto everything?
