Advocates sue over California's in-home care cuts

The Guv and legislature have lost almost $10 billion worth of lawsuits, based on illegally taking money from mandated programs.

We will lose this suit as well--we have won only ONE suit as best I can tell--and this one will cost the 2010-11 budget another $82 million.

We need adults in Sacramento, not more Bernie Maddof'fs.
