We all know that AB 32 is a fraud. It is based on science, meant to kill jobs and to create revenues.
Now, to find out where $47 million in fees went, a lawsuit had to be filed.
When an agency is hiding tax dollars, you know corruption is in the air. Any agency that fears the public knowing who money is spent is an agency that is crooked and needs to go.
Now you not only know that government has too much money, but that a major agency has taken lessons from ACORN. This is another reason to get rid of AB 32--based on junk, it is Chicago politics in a bill.
