Water rates for the people in the Cucamonga Valley are $14 million too high, because of an abuse of power by an out of control elected board.
Water rates are supposed to pay for water. In this district it pays for an open propaganda effort to promote "green" solar panels, etc.Were I in this district I would sue the district for fraud.
