Corruption has many forms, and the unions practice many of them.
In this case they are hard at work forcing illegal aliens to pay bribes in order to work. This is called exploitation of illegal aliens. When a business does this it is closed, fined and people go to jail.
When unions do it, they are applauded by other criminals.
The unions involved need to be sued for promoting human exploitation. What do you think?
A better way is to have the Feds raid each car wash every Saturday and that will end the problem. But that would hurt the unions.
