The tax dollar of drivers go towards the building of all the lanes on a freeway.
Yet, some drivers, with passengers, are forced to pay a bribe in order to drive on the freeways they paid for. Now, solo drivers will be given the honor of paying bribes to .the State.
End this corruption and bribe taking by the State. To me it looks like the State loves the union model, pay bribes to work, and wants drivers to do the same. This is an action by the Left to nickel and dime the poor some more. Shame on us.
