Higher taxes mean fewer jobs. The plan to create greenhouse gas "fees" (these are taxes but government is afraid to use the correct term) will cost businesses more money and the plan will close down hundreds fo businesses and cost tens of thousands of jobs--while giving government LESS money--remember, as taxes and fees go up, revenues go down.
Now you know why the deficit of California TODAY is about $20 billion and job losses increase.
This "fee" is another reason California is soon to look like a Third World country. Where are the adults?
